Summary
This early-stage study looked at how a single dose of the experimental drug BI 1015550 is processed in the body when taken with or without the antifungal medicine itraconazole. Sixteen healthy men participated to help researchers understand if itraconazole changes the levels of BI 1015550 in the blood. The study was not designed to treat any disease, but to gather important safety and drug-interaction information.
