First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026

Summary

This study looks at how the body handles the experimental drug BGB-58067 when taken with two common medicines that change liver enzyme activity. Thirty healthy adults will receive BGB-58067 with either phenytoin (an enzyme booster) or itraconazole (an enzyme blocker). The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects, helping guide future dosing recommendations.
