NCT ID NCT04621669

First seen Jun 08, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested how a new prostate cancer drug (SHR3680) affects the way the body processes three other common drugs: digoxin, rosuvastatin, and metformin. Thirty-six men with prostate cancer took part. The goal was to understand potential drug interactions, not to treat the cancer itself. Results help doctors use SHR3680 more safely alongside other medications.
