Scientists test drug mix in healthy volunteers

NCT ID NCT07134465

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a common antifungal medication (itraconazole) affects the way the body processes a new experimental drug (HSK31858). It involves 24 healthy volunteers who will take both drugs in a specific sequence. The main goal is to measure the levels of the experimental drug in the blood to see if the antifungal changes them, which is important for future safety planning.
