Summary
This early-stage study aimed to understand how a common antifungal drug (itraconazole) affects the way the body processes a new experimental medication (BI 1015550). It involved 16 healthy male volunteers who received the drugs alone and together. The main goal was to measure drug levels in the blood to see if the antifungal changes how much of the new drug the body absorbs.
