Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a common heartburn medicine (rabeprazole) affects how the body processes a new experimental drug (PF-08049820). The research involves 18 healthy Chinese adults who will take both medicines separately and together while staying at a clinic. Researchers will measure drug levels in participants' blood to see if the heartburn medicine changes how the new drug behaves in the body.
