Summary
This study looked at how two common drugs (itraconazole and probenecid) change the way a new experimental medicine (PF-07220060) behaves in the body. It involved 25 healthy adults who took the new medicine alone and then again with the other drugs. The goal was to gather safety and dosing information, not to treat any disease.
