Summary
This study looked at how taking itraconazole (a strong CYP3A4 inhibitor) and probenecid (a potent UGT2B7 inhibitor) changes the way the body processes a single dose of PF-07220060. 25 healthy adults participated in this completed Phase 1 trial. The goal was to gather safety and drug-level information, not to treat any disease.
