Summary
This study tested how two common drugs—cyclosporine (an immunosuppressant) and clarithromycin (an antibiotic)—change the way the body processes an experimental medicine called PF-07328948. Twenty-six healthy adults took part. The goal was to gather safety and drug-level information, not to treat any disease.
