Summary
This study aimed to understand how a new cancer drug candidate, vorasidenib, might change how the body processes several other common medications. It involved 28 healthy adult participants who took the other drugs alone and then together with vorasidenib. The goal was to gather safety data and see if vorasidenib changes the levels of other drugs in the blood, which is important for future patient use.
