Early test for new stomach bug treatment combo
NCT ID NCT07294846
Summary
This early-stage study checked how a new stomach acid drug (linaprazan glurate) interacts with a standard antibiotic combination used to treat H. pylori, a common stomach bacteria. It involved 56 healthy volunteers and people with the infection. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood and safety to see if the new drug could be part of a future treatment.
