Summary

This study looked at how a new prostate cancer drug, SHR3680, affects the way the body processes three other common drugs (digoxin, rosuvastatin, and metformin). Thirty-six men with prostate cancer took SHR3680 along with these drugs to measure changes in drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand potential interactions to guide future dosing recommendations.
