Summary

This study aimed to understand how a new cancer drug, repotrectinib, might change the levels of other common medications in the body. It involved 30 healthy adult volunteers who took repotrectinib alongside several probe drugs, including metformin and omeprazole. The main goal was to measure drug interactions to help doctors safely prescribe combinations in the future.
