This study aims to understand how two existing medications (itraconazole and probenecid) affect how the body processes a single dose of a new, experimental drug called PF-07220060. It involves 28 healthy adult volunteers who will take the new drug alone and then again while taking one of the other medications. The main goal is to gather safety data and see how the drug's levels in the blood change, which helps plan for future studies.
