Scientists test drug Mix-Ups for future MS therapy

NCT ID NCT06064539

Summary

This early-stage study checked how two common medications (gemfibrozil and rifampicin) affect the way the body processes an experimental drug for multiple sclerosis (SAR442168). It involved 30 healthy male volunteers to measure drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand potential interactions before testing the MS drug in patients.
