Summary
This study aimed to understand how two common medications (itraconazole and phenytoin) affect how the body processes a single dose of an experimental drug called MK-1084 (calderasib). It involved 28 healthy adult participants to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety. The goal was to gather basic information for future research, not to treat any disease.
