Scientists test new Drug's safety mix with sedative and steroid
NCT ID NCT07226635
Summary
This study aims to see if a new drug called clofutriben changes how the body handles two other common drugs, midazolam (a sedative) and prednisolone (a steroid). It involved 16 healthy adults who took all three drugs while researchers took many blood, urine, and stool samples to measure drug levels. The main goal was to gather safety data and understand potential drug interactions before larger trials.
