Early safety check: how new heart drug mixes with common meds

NCT ID NCT06979973

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how an experimental heart drug called CKD-508 interacts with two common medications (midazolam and rosuvastatin) in the body. It involved 24 healthy adult male volunteers to measure drug levels and check for safety. The goal is to gather basic information about potential drug interactions before testing CKD-508 in patients with heart conditions.
