Summary
This study tested how the experimental drug casdatifan interacts with two other common medications (itraconazole and phenytoin) in healthy adults. The goal was to see if these other drugs change how much casdatifan gets into a person's system and to check for safety. It involved 14 healthy participants and was an early-phase trial focused on gathering information, not treating a disease.
