Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a common heart medication (diltiazem) changes the way the body processes an experimental cancer drug (nemtabrutinib). Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood of 24 healthy participants who take nemtabrutinib with and without diltiazem. The goal is to learn about potential drug interactions to guide future use in patients.
