Summary
This early-stage study tested how a common antibiotic (rifampicin) affects the way the body processes an experimental medicine called BI 425809. Sixteen healthy male volunteers took both drugs to measure blood levels and safety. The goal was to understand potential drug interactions before testing the experimental medicine in patients.
