Summary

This early-stage study aimed to find safe doses for several single drugs and drug combinations in adults with lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), a bone marrow disorder. The trial enrolled 33 participants to test the safety and tolerability of these treatments. It was terminated early and did not progress to testing how well the treatments worked.
