New drug combo aims to ease overactive bladder symptoms in women

Summary
This study tests whether adding gabapentin to the standard drug solifenacin works better than solifenacin alone for women with overactive bladder. About 60 women will take either the combination or the single drug for 3 months. Researchers will track symptom changes and side effects to see which approach is safer and more effective.
