Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (an immune checkpoint inhibitor and pemetrexed) given directly into the spinal fluid for people with cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord (leptomeningeal metastasis). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps control the disease. The trial involves 45 adults with solid tumors and positive spinal fluid tests.
