Summary
This study tests a program to help doctors reduce or stop unnecessary prescriptions of acid reflux medications (proton pump inhibitors) in 400 adults in Switzerland. Participants must be 18 or older, taking a daily dose for at least 8 weeks, and have no clear medical need for it. The goal is to see if the program can safely lower medication use without causing worse reflux symptoms.
