Summary

This study looks at whether dronabinol, a drug similar to THC in cannabis, can reduce pain sensitivity and improve thinking and mood in people being treated for opioid use disorder. About 36 adults on stable methadone or buprenorphine will receive either dronabinol or a placebo before their daily dose. Researchers will measure pain, attention, and emotional responses to see if dronabinol offers extra relief.
