Summary
This study tests whether a program to improve sleep can help lower blood pressure in adults aged 30-65 who have high blood pressure and poor sleep habits. About 200 participants will either receive standard heart health information or a special sleep program with coaching and tips. The goal is to see if better sleep leads to better heart health.
