Summary

This study tests a new procedure called duodenal recellularization therapy for people recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to see if it can help control blood sugar without needing diabetes medications. The study will include 40 participants and follow them for 24 months to check safety and effectiveness.
