Summary
This study involved 100 adults aged 50-80 with normal cognition or mild impairment. Researchers took 10 blood samples over 9 weeks to see how a key Alzheimer's marker (pTau-217) naturally fluctuates. The goal is to better understand normal variations so future tests can be more accurate.
