Summary
This study looks at whether removing drainage tubes earlier after a special type of nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate implant reconstruction can improve patient satisfaction and safety. About 379 women aged 18-70 with breast cancer or those having preventive mastectomy will take part. The goal is to find the best time to remove drains to reduce complications and improve recovery.
