Summary

This study compares two chemotherapy drug combinations (oxaliplatin plus S-1 vs. docetaxel plus S-1) in people with stage III stomach cancer who have had surgery to remove the tumor. The goal is to see which combination helps prevent the cancer from coming back for at least 3 years. About 387 adults aged 18-80 who had a specific type of surgery (D2 gastrectomy) will participate.
