NCT ID NCT07050134

ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Disease control Sponsor: Junbo Ge Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing whether a new injectable drug called DR10624 can reduce the buildup of fatty plaque in the neck arteries of people who also have high blood triglycerides. About 40 participants will receive either the real drug or a placebo (dummy injection) weekly for 24 weeks, with the dose gradually increasing. The main goal is to see if the drug safely thins the artery wall and shrinks the plaque, which could lower the risk of heart attack or stroke.
