New drug aims to melt artery plaque in High-Risk patients

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, DR10624, to see if it can reduce fatty buildup (plaque) in the neck arteries of people with very high triglycerides. About 40 adults aged 18-65 will receive weekly injections of either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in artery wall thickness using ultrasound.
