Summary
This study looked at how different doses of the antibiotic doxycycline get into body tissues in healthy men and women. The goal is to find the best dose to combine with HIV drugs into one pill that could protect against both HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. 45 participants took doxycycline and provided tissue samples to measure drug levels.
