Summary

This study compares a virtual reality clinic delivered via telemedicine (Doxy.me VR) to standard telemental health therapy for adults afraid of dogs, spiders, or snakes. About 240 participants will receive treatment to see if VR reduces phobia severity more effectively. The goal is to find a more realistic and accessible way to help people overcome specific animal phobias.
