Summary
This observational study is for people with stage IIB-III non-small cell lung cancer who are getting chemotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery. It aims to see if tumor shrinkage (downstaging) from this pre-surgery treatment leads to better results during and after robotic-assisted surgery. Researchers will track 200 participants from multiple centers, collecting data on surgical success, complications, and recovery. The study does not test a new treatment but gathers information to guide future care.
