NCT ID NCT07305428

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This pilot study tests whether combining immunotherapy with targeted radiation can shrink liver tumors enough to allow surgery in patients whose cancer was previously too advanced to operate. About 30 adults with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma will receive the treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients become eligible for surgery, which could improve their chance of long-term survival.
