Summary
This study tests whether combining immunotherapy with targeted radiation can shrink liver tumors that cannot currently be removed by surgery. The goal is to make these tumors small enough for surgery, which could improve survival. The study will enroll 30 adults with inoperable hepatocellular carcinoma.
