First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares two methods to trigger final egg maturation in women with poor ovarian response (POSEIDON groups 3 and 4) undergoing IVF. One group receives the standard HCG trigger, while the other gets a double trigger combining GnRH agonist and HCG. The goal is to see if the double trigger increases the number of mature eggs and improves pregnancy rates.
