Summary

This study gives 10 people with stage III colon cancer two doses of the immunotherapy drug dostarlimab before their scheduled surgery. The main goal is not to cure or shrink the tumor, but to study changes in blood and tissue samples to find clues about which patients might respond well to this type of treatment. Participants will be followed for up to 2 years after surgery.
