First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at 108 adults with Crohn's disease whose symptoms returned while on standard ustekinumab treatment. Researchers tested whether giving a stronger re-induction dose followed by maintenance every 4 weeks (instead of every 8 weeks) could bring back remission. The goal was to find a better dosing strategy for patients who lose response over time.
