New hope for frail leukemia patients: gentler treatment shows promise

Summary
This study tests a modified, lower-dose chemotherapy for adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who are too frail for standard treatment. The goal is to improve survival and reduce severe side effects. About 45 participants will receive an adjusted regimen designed to be better tolerated.
