First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 35 times

Summary

This study tested a new way of giving chemotherapy (called dose-adjusted EPOCH-R) to children with certain B-cell cancers, including lymphoma and post-transplant disorders. The goal was to see if this approach, which worked well in adults, could improve cure rates while causing fewer side effects in children. Only 4 children took part, and the focus was on safety and how well the body handled the treatment.
