Summary
This study tests a new drug called DONQ52 in 92 adults with active celiac disease who still have gut damage and symptoms like belly pain and bloating, even after trying a gluten-free diet for at least a year. The goal is to see if DONQ52 can heal the small intestine and reduce symptoms compared to a placebo. Participants will eat gluten-containing products during the trial to mimic accidental exposure.
