Summary

This study compares two approaches for people newly diagnosed with early Alzheimer's disease: taking the drug donepezil versus using non-drug methods like cognitive stimulation or remediation. Researchers want to see which approach better helps with memory and thinking symptoms after 6 months. About 240 participants aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
