Summary

This study compares two approaches for people newly diagnosed with early-stage Alzheimer's disease: taking the medication donepezil versus using non-drug cognitive therapy (like brain exercises). Researchers want to see which approach better slows down memory and thinking decline over 6 months. About 240 participants aged 50 and older will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
