Summary
This study tests whether donanemab, given as an IV infusion, can delay memory and thinking problems in Chinese adults who are at risk for Alzheimer's disease. About 140 participants with normal thinking skills but signs of brain changes will receive either the drug or a placebo for up to 3 years. The goal is to see if donanemab can slow or prevent the first signs of decline.
