New drug cocktail shows promise for untreatable liver cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of three drugs (donafenib, chemotherapy via infusion, and sintilimab) as a first treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combo can help control the cancer longer. About 90 adults aged 18-80 who have not had prior systemic therapy will take part. The study is not yet recruiting.
