New coil strategy may prevent Re-Bleeding after severe brain hemorrhage

Summary
This study looks at a new way to treat severe brain bleeds caused by a burst aneurysm. Instead of coiling the whole aneurysm, doctors will only coil the dome (the bulging part). The goal is to see if this lowers the chance of re-bleeding. The study will enroll 30 adults with severe bleeds and follow their recovery.
