Summary
This study looks at whether the position a person is in during a bladder test (lying down vs sitting) affects the diagnosis of overactive bladder in people with multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. Researchers will compare results from both positions in 160 patients to see if lying down is just as accurate. The goal is to create better testing guidelines for people with neurological conditions who may have trouble sitting or standing.
