Summary

This study tests whether applying mild electrical stimulation (NMES) to the healthy leg can help the injured leg's quadriceps muscle activate more easily in people undergoing ACL surgery. The goal is to understand if this technique can reduce muscle inhibition and improve recovery. The study will include 25 participants and measure muscle activity using EMG.
