Study tests if doctors can spot a heart attack on paper
NCT ID NCT06836466
Summary
This study surveyed 640 doctors to measure their awareness of specific heart test (ECG) patterns that signal a possible heart attack. The goal was to understand how well doctors recognize the signs that require immediate emergency heart procedures versus patterns that look similar but are not emergencies. This research aims to improve training and reduce unnecessary emergency alerts for chest pain patients.
