Summary
This Mayo Clinic study is testing whether special coaching or communication classes for doctors can improve patient satisfaction and reduce doctor burnout. The research involves 45 primary care clinicians who will complete surveys before and after the training. The goal is to understand how supporting doctors' communication skills affects both patients and the doctors themselves.
